Merlin

A macOS cockpit for AI agents. Terminal sessions, workspaces and dispatch in one native app.

Why I built it

I run Claude Code all day, every day; it has a hand in basically everything I ship. If you run agents all day you know the problem: five projects on the go, one terminal at a time, and no way to see what any of them are doing without flicking between windows.

The fleet view: eight workspaces from above

So I built the deck I wanted. Merlin is a command deck for Claude Code: eight workspaces, terminal panes and a dispatch board in one native Mac app, with two agents running the place. The rule from day one was that it runs on the Claude subscription you already pay for; no API keys, no token bills.

The dispatch board handing work to agents

It's where I run the agents that help me build everything else I make, Merlin included. It went on sale in July 2026, and I've since pulled it back in-house while I get it exactly where I want it; there's a waitlist on the landing page for when it returns.
