Dose Days
app store
A microdosing tracker for iOS. Gentle, precise, private.

Why I built it
Dose Days started as a personal itch. I was microdosing to a protocol and logging it in a ChatGPT window, and that never felt like a proper home for something I was taking seriously; I wanted a real place to track it, and a reason to learn the practice properly while I was at it.
So I built the app I wanted to exist. Apple had opinions; rejections, then more rejections, and a lot of stripping the terminology back to fit their guidelines without making the app lie about what it is. Slow and frustrating, and probably the best education in shipping to the App Store I could have paid for.
It came together slowly, then all at once. The work from June 2026 is where it turned; traction started showing, the app finally felt finished, and I caught myself using it because I wanted to, not just to test it. It's on the App Store now, Android's on the way, and it's still how I track my own days.
